Right now, many of us are carrying the weight of personal stress while also navigating a world that feels increasingly unstable. Economic uncertainty, national tension, and fears around safety can leave our nervous systems in a constant state of alert. It can feel disorienting to focus on your own mental health and day-to-day survival when the bigger picture feels overwhelming.
This therapist-led support group is designed to offer a grounded, compassionate space to pause, process, and build resilience. Framed through a Final Girl Survival lens, we’ll explore practical tools for coping with chronic stress, managing anxiety, and staying regulated during uncertain or high-stress periods.
