About the event

We'll start the night off with our support group. For CPTSD awareness month, we'll use Kintsugi to talk about repair after trauma while we watch a movie. You can choose a ceramic from the collection we'll provide or you can bring your own!


Using scenes, characters, and storylines from beloved horror movies, we examine real-life emotional experiences, behavioral patterns, and coping responses in a way that feels engaging, relatable, and accessible.


Our unconventional approach creates a shared language through horror, allowing participants to reflect on everyday challenges without the pressure of personal disclosure. By discussing fictional scenarios, we can better understand our own reactions, build awareness, and explore healthier ways to navigate stress and overwhelm.


This space is designed to be welcoming for everyone, from those who actively want to participate to those who prefer to observe. You are never required to share. Whether you engage in discussion or simply…
