About the event
Grief is often associated with the loss of a loved one, but grief can take many forms. It can come from the loss of a relationship, a career path you were working toward, a city you once called home, or the painful realization that someone you trusted was not who you believed them to be. It can also come from the loss of innocence, identity, or the life you once imagined for yourself.
Because these experiences are not always openly recognized as grief, many people struggle to process them or find closure. Unprocessed grief can leave us feeling stuck, replaying the past and searching for answers that may never come.
In this supportive and compassionate space, we will explore the many faces of grief and learn gentle ways to acknowledge, process, and move through these emotions. Together, we’ll create room for healing, understanding, and the possibility of moving forward.
