Shadow Work & Guided Meditation: Assumed Legitimacy Framing

In this workshop, we explore the idea of assumed legitimacy. The confidence to present your voice, ideas, and boundaries as valid without waiting for permission or external validation. Many of us are taught to second-guess ourselves, minimize our needs, or believe we must prove our worth before being taken seriously.

Together we will unpack where those beliefs come from, how they show up in everyday life, and how to reframe them. Through guided discussion and practical tools, participants will learn how to communicate with greater clarity, trust their instincts, and show up with the quiet confidence that their perspective belongs in the room.

This session offers a supportive space for reflection, skill-building, and community connection as we practice stepping into our own authority.
