Holidays are supposed to be joyful, but for many people they come with grief, pressure, complicated family dynamics, financial stress, and unspoken expectations. This guided session is for anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally drained during the holiday season.


Led by a licensed therapist, we will explore why holidays can be so activating and how traditions, especially inherited ones, can impact mental health. Together, we will look at how to release expectations that no longer serve us, set boundaries without guilt, and intentionally create traditions that feel safe, meaningful, and enjoyable.


This is not about forcing cheer or pushing through discomfort. It is about giving yourself permission to approach the holidays in a way that supports your wellbeing and honors where you are right now.
