About the event

Led by a licensed therapist, this group isn’t meant to replace one-on-one therapy—it’s a welcoming, pressure-free way to learn real tools for coping with STRESS.

Support groups can sometimes feel intimidating or turn into trauma-dump sessions where people compare experiences. We do things differently. Instead of putting anyone on the spot, we use our shared love of horror to break the ice and bridge the gap. Each session features clips from horror films that highlight different forms of STRESS in relatable, everyday ways. From there, our therapist guides the conversation, offering practical coping tools, mindset shifts, and strategies you can actually use.

You’ll leave with takeaways—not pressure. It’s a safe space to connect, reflect, and build resilience through community (and horror!). Life is scary…but it doesn't have to be.
