Empowering through horror
The Horror Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) mental health nonprofit dedicated to enhancing emotional wellness and building community through the lens of horror films. We use storytelling and cinematic themes to explore stress, anxiety, and burnout in an accessible and engaging way.
Through weekly support groups, workshops, and educational programming led by mental health professionals, we provide tools for emotional regulation, self-reflection, and personal growth.
Our mission is to destigmatize mental health, foster connection, and empower individuals to better understand themselves, creating a compassionate, resilient community rooted in shared experience.
